We deliver over 100,000 tonnes of potatoes per year to processing customers, supported by strong storage capacity for consistent 12‑month supply.
Consistency of Supply
We ensure dependable, year‑round quality through regular fry testing and sugar analysis for all storage crops. We also have a strong scheduling of early fresh crop for season start-up.
Our ability to supply factory‑specific varieties with consistent performance is a key strength valued by customers.
Varieties & Innovation
We grow and manage around 20 processing varieties, selected for performance, quality, and processor‑specific needs.
For example, Lady Rosetta is chosen for early fresh lifting, high dry matter and low sugars, making it ideal for early-season crisping straight from the field.
Through our ongoing variety trials, we champion new varieties each season and we have some exciting new varieties in the pipeline.
We work closely with breeders to lead industry improvements in crisp quality, consistency, and agronomic resilience.
